How long do I need to be a member of Aspire to see results?

Results vary depending on your own biology and personal  weight loss journey.  We value your safety and health above anything, so what works for one client may not be the best solution for another client. With that said, with the medication path clients typically lose  5% of their body weight by month 3 and 10% by month 6.

Do I need to get lab work done?

The Nurse Practitioner will request a CMP, Thyroid Panel, and CBC. The Nurse Practitioner may also ask for Insulin levels and an EKG depending on which medication you are prescribed. We accept lab results from the last 12 months.Aspire has partners with local lab companies to streamlines this process for you and for clients who do not have insurance. You may also request this test from your Primary Care Provider or at any local health care center.
