Who says fitness has to mean a full hour at the gym? Here are smart, time-saving ways to move your body—even on your busiest days:


🚶‍♀️ Walking Meetings – Skip the boardroom. Take that call while strolling.


🪑 Deskercise – Calf raises, seated ab squeezes, or resistance bands under your desk.


🧹 Power Clean – Turn chores into cardio. Vacuum like you're in a race. Squat while loading the dishwasher!
