Chronic inflammation causes fatigue, weight gain, disrupted sleep and increased anxiety.


Eating your last meal  earlier reduces inflammatory marker levels and improves sleep quality. Focus on consuming higher carbohydrate foods earlier in the day rather than for dinner. Moving high Carbohydrate foods to breakfast and lunch can  also lower inflammation and weight loss.
