Want to Get More Out of Your GLP-1? 💉



Before increasing your dose, make sure you're maximizing the basics. These are the habits that made the biggest difference in my own GLP-1 journey:



🚶‍♀️ Walk 45 minutes to 1 hour, 5–6 days per week



🏋️‍♀️ Add a weighted vest once your walks start feeling easier



💧 Drink 3–4 liters of water daily



😴 Get 7–8 hours of sleep most nights to support recovery and help regulate your nervous system



🍳 Start your day with 30–40 grams of protein



🥦 Eat 2 large servings of high-fiber foods every day



🚫 Eliminate mindless snacking



🍩 Cut back on highly processed, sugary, and high-carb foods



A GLP-1 can help reduce hunger and cravings, but lasting results come from the habits you build alongside it. Before reaching for a higher dose, make sure you've given these strategies a chance to work.
